The Continental Directorate was founded in early October 2024 within Town, a game by Hapless Studios, by Tekkiosity, Sync, and Janis. What began as a small coalition has grown into one of the game's most structured and doctrine-driven factions.
TCD exists to govern, defend, and represent its members through formal military and administrative structure. Every department operates under a shared chain of command, ensuring that conduct in the field and at the negotiating table reflects a single coherent doctrine.
Diplomacy is treated as seriously as defense. The Directorate maintains active foreign relations, negotiates terms with allied and rival factions, and has represented its interests at the table as often as on the battlefield.
TCD has taken part in numerous battles and wars since its founding, fielding organized divisions rather than loose volunteers. Engagements are coordinated through its internal command structure, not improvised in the moment.
